Adds ux-skill to the Code Analysis & Quality category.

ux-skill is a design-intelligence MCP server (18 tools) that lints AI-generated UI for quality. It applies 152 anti-slop rules, 160 brand specs, and a 7-axis synthesizer to flag generic, low-quality interface code and recommend distinctive design systems. It is fully deterministic and runs offline, so it never calls an LLM. Open source under MIT.

It fits this category alongside existing linting and code-quality entries (for example, the a11y-mcp accessibility auditor), since its core function is rule-based quality analysis of generated front-end code.

  • Public and open source (MIT)
  • Searched the list first; not currently present
  • Added to both README.md and docs/code-analysis--quality.md, following the existing format

Thanks for the contribution. This is mirrored in both README.md and the matching docs file, and the linked project is public, so this looks good to merge.\n\nP.S. a ⭐ on the repo helps more folks find your project too!
